Chasing Light

Chasing Light is a body of work born from experimentation, intuition, and a craving to capture and channel inspiration in real time. I challenged myself to create each piece within 3-4 days… not as a constraint but as a gateway into accessing a more intuitive, body-led approach to painting.

The process was wildly liberating, challenging, and deeply rewarding. It pushed me well beyond my comfort zone and revealed skills and insights that have quietly grown over years of practice, observation, and devotion.

These paintings are about light, atmosphere, and emotion, capturing the essence of a moment rather than every detail. I’m thrilled to share them, and I hope they invite you to feel the world through the subtle shifts of light and colour that inspired them.
